A P7200 is a Light-Duty Paper Folder. If you use your machine heavily, you might want to consider cleaning your rollers at least once a month. After quite a bit of usage you can even replace the feed tire for your P7200. It is very easy to do.

Whitaker Brothers Roller Cleaner
Use at least once a month. Roller cleaner to the Applicator pad and wash down the black fold rollers. You can advance the rollers to get with very little effort using your hand. (Do not use gloves to protect your hands). If you have done it properly, toner residue will be clearly visible on the applicator pad.
Toner residue causes permanent and irreversible damage to paper folder rollers. Please use roller cleaner regularly to maximize the lifespan of your paper folder.
Applicator Pad
To be used in conjunction with Roller Cleaner. Use the Abrasive side of the applicator pad to remove zipper build-up. Follow up with the softer side to absorb roller cleaner or any remaining toner. It will remain functional, although the pad will turn dark from absorbing toner.
Back-Up Feed Tire Assembly
Eventually the primary feed tire will wear out. The main symptom of this is an increase in the frequency of feed failures.
Removing the feed assembly: The feed is found by Lifting the top cover of the paper (if your paper folder doesn't have a top cover, the feed tire and assembly should already be visible). Place your fingers underneath the sheath in which the paper disappears and lift. Its assembly and the feed will be exposed. To remove, catch and push on it to both sides -- one of these sides will have a little'give', which will allow the bar to slide out of the machine's opposite side.
Reinserting the feed tire assembly: To put a new feed assembly in, look for the metal bar's side . Insert that side into the hole that you removed the one from. The assembly was replaced if both sides fit in perfectly then. Just swap sides if one side doesn't fit correctly and insert the metal bar into the hole.

Best Practices
- Although toner is an unavoidable Part of paper, you can reduce by providing your paper time to sit down after being printed and dry, the amount of toner which goes through the machine. You may want to consider getting a Paper Jogger, if your procedure does not allow time for that. Joggers are machines that remove toner .
- The fold plates are removable. Pulling out and lifting up will release them and allow clearing of any jams. It can be challenging to find the"sweet spot" when reinserting the fold plates, but remember that very little effort is required to put them back into position, and they'll feel secure when positioned correctly.
- If you ever run into continuous misfeeding, before you clean the rollers or replace the feeder tire, check to make certain you inserted the paper underneath the feed . In most paper folders pushing down on the paper tray and allowing the heap of paper slide forward a bit does this. There is a lever that you pull or push which brings the tray down. This is one of the leading causes of service calls on paper folders.
