Description of the MBM 408A Programmable Tabletop Paper Folder

The MBM 408A automatic paper folder boasts the fastest folding speed in its class, making it an excellent addition to any office or mailroom. It is able to accommodate paper sizes as small as 3.5" x 5" and as large as 11" x 17". The color LCD display panel located on the top of the machine allows you to keep track of folded materials with the four digit addition / subtraction digital counter. The LED touch screen sets up to 36 standard folds automatically at the touch of a button. Up to 12 custom folds can be stored in memory.

The MBM 408A comes with multiple features that make folding easier and more efficient. Users can run a test fold to make sure the settings are correct. The fold tables are fully enclosed for quiet operation and user safety. The automatic conveyor and self-setting exit rollers provides smooth ejection of folded paper, and the extra long exit tray ensures neat stacking of finished jobs.

The 408A's smart double feed detection senses when two or more sheets are fed simultaneously and ejects the papers without folding them. In case of incorrect operation, the folder will alert the user via display and audible alert.
